About the opportunity

Combining both online study with hands on practical experience an exciting opportunity to become certified in HR Learning & Development. Hybrid approach with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

This apprenticeship will provide you with development and training across a wide range of business knowledge, skills and behaviours to include:

• Ownership of employee training and development nominations
• Supporting the co-ordination and facilitation of internal and external training activities such as leadership development and individual contributor
• Work closely with the Talent Director on ensuring a succession of new talent is welcomed into the business
• Coordination of training and workshops, including room bookings, inviting attendees and attending on the day to support facilitators
• Support with engagement activities such as workshops and coaching line managers on improving team engagement
• Ownership of the creation and management of the function’s SharePoint site
• Work with Learning & Development Specialists to ensure training calendar is created, updated and aligned to business needs
• Supporting with Graduate onboarding
• Support with the roll out of our annual engagement and interim pulse survey
• Work with the UK Apprenticeship Manager to ensure we are maximising our apprenticeship levy
