This fantastic FREE in-person event hosted by London Digital Jobs & Skills Hub in collaboration with Prince’s Trust is for Londoners who are currently unemployed or working part time or on a zero hour contract and are interested in starting a new career in Digital or Tech.
This event will explain and advise how you can access exciting and life-changing careers in these industries via FREE training opportunities such as bootcamps and apprenticeships.

About This Event
At this event, you can:
- Get inspired by experienced tech professionals.
- Discover the different exciting job roles out there across the Tech and Digital industries.
- Learn how to access these jobs without any previous experience or qualifications via FREE training courses.
- Hear from people just like you who have recently completed a free training opportunity and are now in employment in Tech.
- Get advice on how to overcome challenges such as low confidence, low grades, or lack of experience.
- Stick around after the main sessions to get informal 1-to-1 advice and even start your course application there and then!
This event is also NOT a recruitment exercise – no recruitment activity will be taking place at the event. This is an information event designed to help people figure out how they can access a new career in Tech or Digital via free training opportunities.
More About This Event
ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible for both this event itself AND the training opportunities discussed at this event, you must meet ALL of the following requirements…
- You are aged 18-30.
- You are currently unemployed OR you are employed part-time working for 16 hours or less per week OR you are employed on a zero hours contract. If you are working for more than 16 hours per week or you are a student, you are NOT eligible for this event.
- You are currently living in any of the 33 London boroughs.
- You must not already currently be in any form of education.
- You must NOT already have a Computer Science related degree or a university degree directly relevant to the career you want.
- You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
The funding provided to London Digital Jobs & Skills Hub is specifically allocated for helping people who meet the eligibility requirements listed above. If you do not meet these requirements, we are unable to help you and therefore this event isn’t worth your time. If you are aware that you do not meet all of these eligibility requirements, please do NOT book a ticket for this event. This event has limited capacity, and you would be taking away the opportunity to attend from somebody else who would be benefiting more from the event.
