Stephen Support Services Limited based in West Bromwich are recruiting a Housing Officer through the Kickstart scheme.
As a Housing Support Officer you will be responsible for the management and customer experience of a caseload of property sales and provide support and advice to sellers to ensure they obtain the best possible price for their house sale.
Working as a Housing Officer you will learn new skills and knowledge including, using communication and are being professional when dealing with clients, having the ability to adapt to different situations.
To be eligible for this role you will demonstrate Strong teamwork, interpersonal and organisational skills as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

You must be aged 16-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit to apply for these opportunities. You cannot apply for a Kickstart Placement directly with an employer. You need to be referred to these opportunities by your Work Coach.
