The hotel has 265 rooms including double, twin, triple and family rooms, as well as executive rooms. The apprenticeship:
Whilst you are employed as an Apprentice, you will achieve a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship – delivered by HIT Training.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serving Food and Drink
- General Cleaning Duties
- Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
- Working as part of a team
