The Our Iconic Team Apprenticeship Programme has been designed to develop outstanding Customer Service individuals and create a platform for personal growth and professional progression. On completion of your Apprenticeship, you will be ready for the next step with your chosen career in Hospitality.

Duties will include:

• Training as a level 2 team member in a specialist area within the business
• Housekeeping duties such as ensuring the quality of the rooms is up to business standards and reporting into your supervisor as and when needed
• Food and beverage duties such as planning, forecasting and preparing orders for customers
• Greeting customers and relaying orders to the kitchen team
• Front of house duties such as receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations
• Directing early arrivals to the bar/restaurant as they wait for their tables to become available
• Ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menus. Clearing and reporting breakages by diners
