Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship At Boodles: #CreateYourFuture

Hospitality Team Member is key role and will be trained in the main elements of food service, including the classic style of “silver service”.

The main duties: 

  • Restaurant preparation duties (mis en place)
  • Bread and butter
  • Members’ buffet
  • Polishing plates and cutlery
  • Preparing condiments
  • Restaurant service
  • Serving food to members
  • Silver service of some items (with a spoon and fork)
  • Taking pudding orders
  • General cleaning duties
  • Clearing down station
  • Hoovering restaurant
  • Food service at Events
  • Waiting on at private parties and events
  • Assisting other departments as necessary

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE English and maths grades A-D / 3-9 (or equivalent)
  • GCSE Cookery/Food Tech desirable
  • Weekly wage

    £200.00

  • Working week

    Up to 32 hours per week inclusive of days in college per each month

    Total hours per week: 32.00
