This role will enable you to work as part of the greenkeeping team to ensure the golf course is maintained to its highest standard.
This new role has been created to support the Course Manager in presenting and maintaining the Course, Clubhouse surrounds and Range to a high standard for its Members and Guests.
Your duties will be to help in all areas of greenkeeping and horticultural works, which will include grass cutting, setting up the Course, identifying pests & diseases, applying top dressing and other gardening and cleaning duties.
An excellent opportunity to learn the basics of turf management and grounds maintenance whilst working in a closely knit team.
These skills will be valuable to many potential employers to many businesses and sustainable employment.
A Workplace on the job mentor will be allocated to the Kickstarter to help with this position along with Uniform and appropriate PPE where applicable.
