Youth Employment UK is delighted to announce that we will be launching a digital pilot of the Good Youth Employment Benchmark Tool this summer.
About the Roundtables
In 2017 Youth Employment UK launched the Good Youth Employment Framework, a tool to support employers to assess their youth employment practice. Now, with the support of Youth Futures Foundation we have developed the framework into a Digital Benchmark Tool that will allow employers not only to self assess their youth employment practice but the tool will allow for comparative data of other employers and their practice.
It is our view that the Good Youth Employment Framework provides a unique and comprehensive system for employers to really understand what is working within their practice and how they can develop additional processes that will further support them to create quality opportunities, particularly for those young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
We are now inviting employers, partners and other stakeholders to join us at a series of online forums where we will discuss the tool and bring you on the journey to become early adopters of this innovative resource.
