You use the database to discover another store has the item in the right size and ask the customer if he would like you to get the item delivered to this store so he can pick it up tomorrow.

You are PROBLEM SOLVING, because you are trying different ideas to fix the customer's problem. You are COMMUNICATING, because you are giving great customer service and helping the customer understand their options. You are doing great TEAMWORK, because you have done your best but also worked well with your manager to find a solution. You have even learned a new technical skill in using the online database too!
