Trainees will:
- Work remotely
- Discover, evaluate, and recruit promising new players
- Use NLP’s online recruitment portal to scout and recruit elite players between 8 and 16 years of age.
The trainees will also work closely alongside their lead staff and be mentored closely. You will need to be proactive and head hunt for players using social media channels.
About This Traineeship
This Traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is the Work Preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high quality work experience placement.
