Phil began his career in food after developing a passion for cooking while completing a degree in microbiology. After university, rather than pursue a job in microbiology Phil chose to travel Australia, and so began his fantastic career as a chef. D
uring this session young people will have the unique opportunity to hear about Phil’s exciting work, alongside Marco Pierre White and the Roux brothers and also question him about his TV work on MasterChef: The Professionals, Market Kitchen, Saturday Kitchen and the Great British Menu.
