- Are you currently out of work?
- Have a disability or health condition, or?
- Have a barrier to getting work, such as being a carer, refugee or homeless?
- Have a right to work in the UK?
WHP Pioneer is a voluntary programme that will help you find a job that matches your skills and will provide support to help you stay in work. The programme lasts up to fifteen months with an optional six months of in-work support.
What can WHP Pioneer offer you?
WHP Pioneer aims to help you find a job that aligns with your skills and interests whilst providing you with the support and guidance that you need.
Expert employment advisors will work with you to provide expert guidance, tailored job matching, and in work support. Support is individually tailored and provides help such as:
- Create a CV, apply for jobs, and prepare for interviews and work placements.
- Learn new skills, train in a new sector and gain qualifications.
- Find a new job and self-employment.
- Be more confident and help improve health and wellbeing.
- Provide wrap around in work support whilst in the job.
