Financial Administrator Apprenticeship opportunity with Kathryn L Wilkinson Wealth Management Ltd – Manchester #CreateYourFuture

The role will involve providing an efficient, high quality client service to over 400 clients.

Duties will include:

• Management of New and Existing clients via the SalesForce CRM system
• Maintain accurate client information, files/records, ensuring that clients are placed into a review system as agreed with the Partner
• Assisting the Practice Principal with the preparation of Meeting Packs for new and existing clients
• Understanding the Financial Services Regulatory Framework, the Ethics and key features include Internal and External Compliance measures
• Understanding all System and Process requirements to deliver exceptional Client Service
• Communicating with clients in a timely and efficient manner
• Opening and logging of post onto the CRM system
• Understanding of their role and impact within the team
• Undertake training and completion of Accreditation through SJP MyDevelopment system
• Planning and prioritisation of workload
• Ensuring any complaints or potential complaints are referred to the Practice Manager
• Monitor and Update the Social Media Functions within the Practice
• Understand the Products and Services offered by the Practice
• Provide administration support to the Partner/Practice Manager as required, e.g. marketing correspondence
• Support the day-to-day business operations within the Practice
• Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards
• Attend and contribute to regular update meetings with the Partner/Practice Manager
