Like anyone, people with autism want the opportunity to demonstrate their value in the workplace. They need employers to recognise the unique contribution by offering them paid work.
In today’s ever-changing and competitive business environment, building a diverse workforce can bring big benefits. There’s a huge opportunity for organisations, large and small, to access an untapped talent pool drawing on the unique set of skills and strengths autistic people have to offer a prospective employer.
This short session will provide an overview of how we are supporting employers to achieve this through networks across the UK.
