Collaborative Future is a social enterprise reimagining the world of work. We know that different people are suited to different models of employment and want to make it easier for young people to explore what’s right for them.
Join this panel discussion to hear from those who have experienced a variety of employment situations to work out what you need to consider when making decisions about your future.

Jaz Broughton, the founder of Just Jaz, is a coach for life and work; championing the importance of creating the life you want while doing the work you love. Integrating years of tech expertise with coaching, consulting and personal development to deliver memorable events and impactful services. Multi-passionate and proud founder, techie and Hustle Crew consultant helping others to grow through personal development.
Sirena Bergman is a journalist, currently working as the editor of indy100, a vertical at The Independent. Prior to that, she was a freelance journalist for around 4 years, after working in-house at a number of publications, including The Guardian, the Times Education Supplement, Mental Floss and a journalism startup called The News Hub. Currently, she specialises in politics, digital culture and identities/social justice news and features.
Michelle Williams, the founder of Nurture Company Health, is a chartered accountant who helps those who are self-employed to reap the rewards of their efforts. Throughout her career she has built companies, lost companies, she has worked for large, cash rich corporations and she has tried to save companies from Insolvency. To this day she uses all her experience to help people just like her Dad, who has experienced the highs and lows of self-employment through building his company.
The panel discussion will run for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.
This event is freely accessible to those aged 18-24, but we kindly ask others to donate £5 which will be invested in our program which provides young people with the opportunity to gain a variety of work experience.
