The Health Points project has been a 2 year Erasmus+ project that has developed an innovative game based approach to learning to assist young, disadvantaged adults to improve their health and well-being in a fun and engaging way. In the past few months we have been piloting the Health Points platform across the partnership consortium of 7 European partners, in a variety of different training environments and we want to share our insights with other interested professionals across London who might be interested in using this FREE resource to help young people improve their health literacy.
