The Prince’s Trust and Iconic Steps are offering a FUN one week Digital Advertising course where young people can:
- Work with industry professionals to explore aspects of digital advertising including structure of adverts, working with cameras, working on scripts/ideas, working as a team, filming on location, editing and presenting their work to the public.
- Work from real life advertising briefs from actual companies and encouraged to pitch their ideas.
- Learn the use of camera and sound equipment, by going out to locations to film their ideas.
- Learn about video editing.
- Learn how to create a website.
- Meet new people and improving their confidence, communication and teamwork skills
- Receive up to three months’ progression support from the Prince’s Trust to help you find further work or training
- Taster day: 11th April 2018
Main Programme: 16th-20th April 2018
Location: South London (Victoria and Northern Line station 3 minute walk away)
Age range: 16-25 year olds
Eligibility: NEET or working 16 hours or less/ in education 14 hours of less. Young people do not have to be claiming benefits to join the course.
