Environment Agency help people and wildlife adapt to climate change, work to reduce the impacts of flooding, drought, rising sea levels and coastal erosion. They improve the quality of our water, land and air by addressing pollution and work with businesses to help them comply with environmental regulations.
Their 12 month industry placements run from June/July 2022, giving you the opportunity to gain valuable experience whilst complementing your studies and personal and professional growth.
During your Engineering placement, you will gain experience in areas such as:
Asset management life cycle and operation (ISO 55000 accreditation)
Project management
Construction Design Maintenance (CDM)
Partnership working
Incident management
Experience Required:
Environment Agency are looking for applicants who are studying or recently studied an engineering and analytical related degree. You will have completed a minimum of two years of your degree course but will not have graduated before summer 2021.
