Coach Core is a national social mobility charity, using sport and apprenticeships to provide meaningful employment and education to young people who may otherwise be facing disadvantage, discrimination or lack of opportunity.
We’re seeking someone with a knack for organisation and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people. In this exciting role, you’ll be an integral part of our Programmes team, supporting our Employment Coaches in their mission to:
- Establish and maintain a pipeline of employers and young people for our programmes.
- Develop our strategic relationships with regional/local partners and agencies to assist this work
- Be a constant representative of CCF ‘on the ground’ across your regions.
Behind every successful team is a master of organisation, and that’s where you come in. From handling administrative tasks to coordinating logistics, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of the team.

Location: Office / Remote / Hybrid
Salary: £26,250 per year
Contract: 24-month fixed term. Potential for a permanent role at the end of the term.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Holiday: 25 days holiday (plus UK statutory/bank holidays)
