Customer Services Support Traineeship – 6th August #CreateYourFuture

Tasks include:

• Helping us to check the standards and quality of our training
• Having direct learner contact over the phone
• Supporting with employer and learner phone calls to gain feedback, recording your findings
• Supporting with some basic admin tasks including data input, internal emails, telephone calls and communicating with different departments

This Traineeship work experience is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is the Work Preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high quality work experience placement.
