Customer Service Traineeship by Remit Training – 30th July #CreateYourFuture

Brief Description :Are you aged 19 – 24 and looking for a way to kickstart your career? Have you recently been made redundant or struggled to find a role. This might be for you!
Working with Cox Automotive at their Head Office in Leeds LS26 0JF, this is an exciting opportunity to add some work experience to your CV & gain a qualification.

As part of this traineeship you will undertake an 8 week programme that will include:
– 3 weeks in the classroom (virtual at present) where you will learn some great work skills and the opportunity to gain a Customer Service Level 1 qualification and to brush up on your English and Maths Skills if you want or need to
– 3 weeks unpaid work experience with Cox Automotive at their Head Office. You will work a total of 75 hours on site where you will have the opportunity to learn how the IT Support Team work. This will include allocating and recording hard and software, auditing the asset database and updating the software licensing portals.
-1 week will be back in the classroom to help you plan your next steps and see what you have learnt from your work experience.
There will be a Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship position available at the end of the traineeship.
It will be particularly interesting if you are interested in finding out more about a career in IT and / or the automotive sector.
