If you are looking to get an apprenticeship in Customer Service and also be trained in IT, from web design to development, google, email hosting and domain management, then this apprenticeship role is for you! This role will allow you to work across the entire business and grow your skills in whatever area interests you the most: coding, sales, design, domains or customer service. This role will give you the opportunity to work across all areas of the business to find what works best for you. Day to day you’ll help our clients edit their websites in our CMS, manage domain and email queries and work with clients looking for advice and guidance on search engine optimisation and general marketing ideas, but you’ll have time to learn how to code, design and understand how Google and Emails work!
