Customer Service and Supply Chain Graduate Programme with Coca-Cola #CreateYourFuture

What will I do on the programme?

On the graduate programme you will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience in our UK Customer Service & Supply Chain (CSSC) Function during your four-year graduate placement. You will be building your capability in the workplace and, with support, you will be expected to deliver strong business results in each of your placements. You will spend time on the production frontline in our manufacturing sites and work with our Central Teams to enable you to understand the end to end process within the CSSC function, broaden your skillset, expand your network, build strong behaviours and build your credibility.

CCEP believe in unleashing potential….

We will develop and challenge you throughout the programme, ensuring a great experience! Our graduates will be assigned a mentor who is an experienced leader within the business – who will work closely with you during the programme, sharing knowledge, offering advice, and helping you make the most of every opportunity.

What can you expect from the programme?

During the programme you will be immersed into the function undertaking rotations across the four years, 9 to 12 months in length, covering all end to end aspects of Customer Service & Supply Chain.

This could be anything from being based in manufacturing locations on the production lines to working with people in project management positions planning how we get new products made and into market, and all that’s in between. These rotations build understanding of the fundamentals of leadership skills and capabilities required to be a future leader within CCEP.

These rotations will take you across the UK, so it’s a must that you a flexible and able to adapt to new environments and situations. CCEP will provide relocation support to aid in your relocations.

What do you need to apply?

  • Must have graduated within the last 2 years, or be due to graduate in 2021
  • Must have undertaken a degree in a STEM or business subject
  • Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
