The Midland Metro is recruiting for a Customer Experience Officer through the Kickstart Scheme.
As a Customer Experience Officer you will be responsible for being an ambassador for Midland Metro Limited, maintaining professionalism at all times, ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures and responsibly practice safe methods of work.
Customer Experience Officers will support in revenue collection throughout the system and help customers process the correct travel tickets.

You must be aged 16-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit to apply for these opportunities. You cannot apply for a Kickstart Placement directly with an employer. You need to be referred to these opportunities by your Work Coach.
