What will I do on the programme?
On the graduate programme you will have the opportunity to get experience in the Commercial organisation during your four-year graduate placement. You will be building your capability in the workplace and, with support, you will be expected to deliver strong business results in each of your placements. You will spend time in trade building relationships with customers and delivering a great customer experience. You will learn about world class execution in outlet and be emersed into a customer focused world where you will learn how to maximise the world’s most recognisable brands in partnership with customers.

CCEP will develop and challenge you throughout the programme, you’ll receive world class training courses to encourage you to embrace new tools and progress your skills along the way. Graduates will be assigned a mentor who is an experienced leader within the business – who will work closely with you during the programme, sharing knowledge, offering advice, and helping you make the most of every opportunity.
Learn something new everywhere you go
During the programme you will be immersed into the function undertaking rotations across the four years, 9 to 12 months in length, covering all end to end aspects of Commercial. This could be anything from National Sales, Commercial Development looking at how to activate our brands in outlet, and all that’s in between! These rotations build understanding of the fundamentals of leadership skills and capabilities required to be a future leader within CCEP.
These rotations will take you across the UK, so it’s a must that you are flexible and able to adapt to new environments and situations. CCEP will provide support to aid in your relocations.
What do you need to apply?
- Must have graduated within the last 2 years, or be due to graduate by September 2021
- Full manual driving license – must have held for at least 6 months and a maximum 6 points
- A growth mind-set is a necessity, looking for new opportunities and an appetite to learn
- Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- You must be geographically mobile due to the rotational nature of the programme
What does the future look like?
After successful completion of the programme, it is anticipated you would move into a permanent position within the Commercial function of CCEP.
