Meet inspiring CCEP apprentice Samah! Watch her talk about her role as an Apprentice with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, with advice to students AND parents.
Samah started her level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship in 2019 and achieved an amazing distinction grade when she finished it in June 2o21. She works for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in the Quality Control department and investigates the customer complaints.

When Samah was on her way to college one day, she saw a large Coca-Cola poster advertising their apprenticeship scheme. She was studying Business Administration at college and knew that she wanted to work in an office environment.
The CCEP Apprenticeship Interview Process
Her application for the apprenticeship was completed by doing the following steps:
Playing online games (skills testing)
A telephone interview (getting to know you)
An Assessment Centre day (an interview, a presentation, and a group task)
A second interview (all about the CV)
