About the role
As a Training Consultant you will not only make a difference in the lives of learners, but also increase the standards and reputation of the industry you love. In this role you will:
- Be responsible for supporting a caseload of learners of any age through their course
- Facilitate learning and preparation for assessment
- Support your learners to achieve their Functional Skills qualifications
- Work hands on with our learners and employers in their places of work and online
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to ensure that the highest standard of bespoke learning is offered
Minimum Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
- 4 years experience as a Head Chef
- Hands on knowledge of multiple areas of the kitchen, for example fish, meat, vegetable, larder preparation, desserts, bakery, sauces
- Possess or working to a minimum of level 2 standard in maths and English
- Good IT skills – Working level of knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other MIS and databases
- Willing to undertake training and Professional Development within the role
