Have you ever wondered how UK laws work? Who writes the laws? What do solicitors actually do?
This interactive programme will connect you with impressive local law firms where you can discover more about the laws we live by and the people who enforce and fight for them.
You will take part in practical and thought-provoking tasks to help you understand the UK law system. From policing and investigation to prosecution and judges, you will learn it all! This programme provides an insight into the industry, live and interactive sessions and immersive practical tasks.
While each session is sector-focused, our one-day insight virtual placements offer insightful interactions and an overview of industries in our region. This structured and law-led initiative is delivered entirely live and online, helping you to explore the world of work directly from the classroom. There’s a focus on discovering sectors and raising aspirations, with an emphasis on the varied roles in each industry.
