To help equip the inspiring leaders we’ve got across the business, we’ve launched a Management Degree Programme in partnership with Arden University. Kate Hetherington, our Chief People Officer said: “This programme is so compelling – our people have a pathway to gain a degree qualification with no tuition fees to pay off! It’s a great way to forge a career in hospitality.”
There’s also a full range of opportunities alongside every one of our roles, so the choice is yours. From our Chef Academy programme for kitchen roles, to Customer Excellence, Business Leader and even Coaching qualifications for our front of house teams and shift managers – we believe apprenticeship programmes can help you build your future. and with a career path that can take you anywhere in the business, the sky’s the limit!
