I am pleased to say that last week we launched our Mentoring Prospectus (attached) setting out details on how to join our mentoring community or apply to our mentoring fund. Our goal is to connect a new generation of mentors to pre-GCSE teens at the risk of disengaging and underperforming their potential.
We believe in an evidence based approach to our work and have launched two pieces of research that underpins our mentoring strategy: Effective Employer Mentoring which reviews the positive impact that mentoring can have and Mapping Disengagement which explores the levels of disengagement from education across the country.
