About the opportunity

This session will give young people a chance to think about self-belief, what it means for them, and why it’s so important to develop good mental health practices for their future working life. This session will give young people the tools they need to take their first steps on taking practical action to support them during life experiences such as examinations, job interviews and career set backs

The session will explore the following areas:

• Growth Mindset – what’s does this actually mean?
• Why we should look at ‘weaknesses’ at a positive to help grow and develop at every stage in life
• Unravelling the talent myth by using some famous examples!
• How to trick our brains into being kinder to ourselves!
