Wyerton is an artisan bakery based in Wolverhmpton.
The employer is recruiting an Artisan Baker through the Kickstart scheme.
In this role you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of long ferment and bulk ferment breads (including sourdough & rye bread), cakes, pastries and savouries for retail and resale markets.
You will also assist in making sandwiches, working a manual coffee machine, slicing bread and cutting up products for sale.
To be eligible for this role you will have some previous bulk ferment baking experience and or a college qualification with some relevant work experience.

You must be aged 16-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit to apply for these opportunities. You cannot apply for a Kickstart Placement directly with an employer. You need to be referred to these opportunities by your Work Coach.
