AELP National Conference 2016

AELP logo

The AELP National Conference 2016 this year will be examining the impact that the reforms are likely to make. On skills, it will examine and debate the government’s reforms for Apprenticeships and Traineeships alongside the implications of the Area Reviews and English devolution. With more details to be announced in June, the apprenticeship levy proposals will command particular attention, such as keeping employers of all sizes engaged. The conference will also consider the future of employability provision with the Work Programme due to be replaced by the Work and Health Programme and its narrower focus on the very long-term unemployed.
