Job summary – Learning & working alongside our Technical Improvement Manager, Capability Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager to provide the department with administrative support Once trained key tasks will include data recording and analysis, processing invoices and liaison with suppliers.
The role will support the team in communication initiatives, and to support the organising of key events. Management of meeting agendas including attending meeting to capture notes/actions.
General administrative support including producing reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Placements will gain experience of working a part of wider team, with variety of different stakeholders, will develop skills to work collaboratively but also with some autonomy and using own initiative.
