Administrator Apprenticeship opportunity with Reliance Care Solutions – Birmingham #CreateYourFuture

A fantastic new career opportunity to work as an Apprentice Administrator for Reliance Care Solutions LTD based in Birmingham (B27). This will be a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship for 15 months. Full training will be provided.

Duties will include:

  • Reception duties – Dealing with all callers in a friendly and welcoming fashion
  • Answering inbound telephone calls, dealing with calls in a friendly & efficient fashion
  • Keep logs of important telephone calls and mail
  • Verifying timesheets, ID, reference details & personnel papers
  • Working with the Deputy Manager, Recruitment & Training Manager and Care Manager
  • Logging recruitment applications, making appointments for Interviews, organising Training
  • Creating and maintaining files of Job Applications, Care Staff and Care Clients
  • General administrative duties, and keeping the front office clean and tidy
  • Buying tea, coffee, milk and sugar for the office according to need, and reclaiming the cost from petty cash
