Shireland Collegiate Academy is an established multi-academy Trust with schools across the Black Country area of the West Midlands.

The trust is recruiting a Academic Coach through the Kickstart scheme.

In this role you will work collaboratively with academic staff to increase student attendance and attainment.

You will work with teachers, support staff and individual students to agree targets and action plans to improve the rate of progress being made in students’ learning and establish productive working relationships and one to one coaching relationships with students.

To be eligible for this role you will have GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths and be educated to degree level. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

You must be aged 16-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit to apply for these opportunities. You cannot apply for a Kickstart Placement directly with an employer. You need to be referred to these opportunities by your Work Coach.
