What you’ll find in the newsletter

The School Zone Newsletter provides you with resources to support World Sleep Day in schools including engaging, bitesized activities and advice on how to get a good night’s sleep. These resources support the Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and Health Education (HE) curriculum.

You can also expect to find the NHS approved Every Mind Matters Mind tool, which is a resource to help teachers to look after their own mental health and to find personalised tips that work for them.
