As a E-Commerce Strategist, you will be responsible for strategic solutions and the development of data-driven digital strategy.

Duties will include:

  • Lead the development of strategic opportunities, prioritisation roadmaps and ROI analysis as part of the overall future vision. This will include CRO, overall customer experience strategy, loyalty, retention, and digital marketing
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative analysis into transformative digital solutions, conversion rate optimisation strategies and digital marketing efforts
  • Be a self-starter with a tech-savvy nature and a can-do attitude towards setting up and configuring digital strategy tools (on-page analytics, a/b and multivariate testing and ads/campaign management)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is naturally excited by the opportunity to develop new skills and services in the ever-changing tech sector
  • Evaluating user experience off-and-on site, in order to identify opportunities for improvements and coming up with hypotheses for test designs

Desired skills

  • You must know how to use Amazon, eBay and WordPress, as this is where we operate
  • Experience within an ecommerce business is a plus
  • Experience in backend Amazon listings, campaigns and advertisements
  • Possess exemplary client service skills, to all people, all of the time

Personal qualities

  • Exhibit a willingness to learn, willingness to problem solve and willingness to step in to help others
  • The ability to take initiative, be proactive, anticipate and complete projects in a comprehensive manner while still remembering the details
  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Desired qualifications

GCSEs at grades A*-C / 9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English

Apprenticeship Summary

Weekly wage: £161.25

Working week: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30

Total hours per week: 37.50

Apprenticeship level: Advanced, Level 3 (A level)
