What does a traineeship with BCA look like?
You will undertake 5 weeks of pre-employment training, including a recognised customer service qualification, allowing you to learn the skills you will need to give you the best chance of being successful with a full time career at BCA. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of work experience which will allow you to see the inner workings of British Car Auctions, get hands on work experience with the cars and showcase your passion.
During the 3 week placement you will gain exposure to each of the following roles: Administrator, Imagery Operative, Polisher Fast Tracker, Yard Operative.
