Our patron Oxford Cambridge and RSA (OCR) has now launched their brand new careers hub on their website today!
Youth Employment UK (YEUK) are delighted to be able to work together with OCR in creating content for the new careers hub with support from some great organisations such as Barclays Life Skills, Careersbox, iCould, National Careers Service, Plotr (A YEUK Patron) and vInspired.
On the OCR site the new career hub shows you what career options there are and where you can go for the best free advice around each barrier for careers guidance. There also some great videos showcasing not only young peoples experiences but also of teachers and education sectors.
With video case studies from our Youth Ambassador Alexa-Jane Moore and Rhiannon Wilson who is the apprentice at YEUK we showcase the various vocational and work experience opportunities around. Ruth Carter from OCR also appears in the videos alongside Alexa-Jane talking about her experience of her career journey.
