This role will be the backbone of our business, you will take the lead on all things to do with finding niche candidates.
We do not advertise jobs. Never have, never will. This role is all about sourcing talent in the digital age.
If you do not know what a sourcing Ninja is, that is fine, we will put you through a thorough training course to get the qualification and get you up to speed!
You will build talent pipelines, manage our sourcing channels, and increase the awareness of our employer brand.
