As a Business Development Officer, your work will entail identifying new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and business growth.
Your day to day responsibilities would include identifying new business opportunities, communicating with new and existing markets, generate leads through cold-calling, meet with customers both face to face and over the phone, developing and building rapport with clients/customers, understanding your customers and thinking and working strategically, have a good understanding of the products and services the company are offering, implement promotional strategies, attend events where appropriate, plan sales campaigns, create a sales pipeline, provide sales reports and report these to senior management, develop business sales and marketing strategies.
This position requires you to work at an office location throughout the duration of your employment.
You will be working from our offices based at Unit 5, 137 Newhall street, Birmingham, B3 1SF.
As part of your employment, you will be required to work Monday to Friday.
