Working as part of the marketing and business development teams, the Kickstart participant will work across two divisions of the business: Reach Commercial Finance and Leonard Curtis Recovery, providing administrative support including events and business development activity for both divisions.

Specific duties and responsibilities include being a reliable first point of contact, taking phone calls and messages efficiently and in a professional manner to maintain the reputation of the business.

The ideal candidate will also confidently manage the diaries for two senior members of the team, liaise with prospects, clients and lenders to progress the sales pipeline activity and manage confidential financial documents.

As a support assistant you will also need to enter data accurately on the CRM system, manage the distribution and coordination of event invitations, arrange quarterly marketing meetings as well as perform general administrative duties such as processing purchase orders, printing, binding and filing along with ad hoc tasks.

Relevant training will be given on various elements of the job to ensure the candidate is comfortable with performing the tasks expected.
