Summary: You assist CEO of Mission Accomplished with digital and marketing support for the company.

The company specialises in training and development for the creative and film & TV industries.

Alison is the author of the Penguin-published book, The Freelance Bible.

The purpose of the role is to support with digital and marketing activities for the company, with a focus on the marketing of Alison and her book.

The company has grown significantly since the pandemic and has taken on more clients and larger client projects – with a large focus on film and TV.

The role would suit someone who is looking to begin a career in film and/or TV industries as much of the company’s work is focused in this area.

Duties: • Simple wordpress activities including uploading blog posts from existing content

• Supporting with the creation and publishing of social media posts

• Simple market research to identify new opportunities

• Arranging online meetings

• Occasional administrative support to the wider Mission Accomplished team

• Adhere to company processes, policies and procedures, particularly GDPR data protection legislation and health and safety best practices around social distancing.

• Act as a positive advocate of the company at all times

• Ensure that safeguarding and health & safety policies are observed and positively implemented

• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required and agreed with your line manager

Skills and Personal Qualities:

• Knowledge of social media platforms

• Communication skills as you’ll need to talk with customers and other team members

• Some research skills – able to uncover in depth information from a brief.

• Knowledge of Office 365 • Knowledge of WordPress

• Desirable – some simple graphic design skills (e.g. use of Canva).

● Interested in Film and/or TV, Creative Industries or freelancing

● Interested in kick starting a career in digital marketing

● Able to work swiftly and accurately

● Organised, punctual and reliable

● Confident and able to contribute your own ideas within a team
