A prestigious publishing company based in the Birmingham area are looking to recruit an Accounts Apprentice to join their growing team. Joining a young and dynamic team. Duties include:

• Sending first reminders
• Credit control
• Managing credit exposure and proactively reviewing limits
• Supporting the sales ledger team to ensure payments are reconciled quickly and correctly
• Liaising with department representatives in order to clear carrier invoices for payment
• Assisting Purchase Ledger with matching of purchase ledger invoices with purchase orders
• Assisting Finance Manager with posting month end journals
• Negotiating repayment plans when required
• Credit control cover
