Operatives may progress into a number of positions within a project team depending on skill level and ambition.
The candidates will initially be working as Site Operatives while onsite training is undertaken and ability is judged, from there operatives may progress to a Trainee Foreman type role to support the Project Management team.
Subject to background, qualifications and aptitude other routes may be available.
Candidates who show the potential for development will be retained following completion of the Kick Start Scheme.
The majority of the projects we undertake have the requirement for site operatives and or junior team members who have the ambition to develop.
