Shireland Collegiate Academy is an established multi-academy Trust with schools across the Black Country area of the West Midlands.

The trust is recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant through the Kickstart scheme.

As a Behaviour support assistant you will work with individuals and small groups of identified students to raise attainment and improve behaviour.

You will support students to improve attainment and build confidence, encouraging students to be able to participate fully in Academy life.

To be eligible for this role you will have 5 GCSE’s Grade C and above including English and Mathematics and have experience of working with young people.

PLEASE NOTE: 

You must be aged 16-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit to apply for these opportunities. You cannot apply for a Kickstart Placement directly with an employer. You need to be referred to these opportunities by your Work Coach.
