Chef Apprenticeship opportunity with Molly’s Cafe – London #CreateYourFuture

The opportunity to work in a new opening, already very favourably reviewed in the Evening Standard, and with a much loved following on social media. You will be cooking with the best seasonal ingredients available. Our kitchen is a kind and neutering environment, an excellent place for a young chef starting their career to learn the ropes.

What will the apprentice be doing?

You will begin with basic food prep, learning knife skills and gaining familiarity with produce and seasonality. From here it is up to the keeness of the apprentice. You will have the opportunity to learn butchery, fish preperation, bakery and pastry through to service cooking.

We will be happy to teach you at the speed at which you progress.
