Specific duties and responsibilities include being a reliable first point of contact, taking phone calls and messages efficiently and in a professional manner to maintain the reputation of the business.

As a support assistant you will also need to enter data accurately on the CRM system, manage the distribution and coordination of event invitations, arrange quarterly marketing meetings as well as perform general administrative duties such as processing purchase orders, printing, binding and filing along with ad hoc tasks.

Relevant training will be given; The desired candidate will be self-driven with a positive outlook and motivated to learn new skills as part of a team.
