PR Apprenticeship Opportunity with Benefit Cosmetics Ltd in London 12th August #CreateYourFuture Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and quick-learning beauty junkie to join our PR team to help to ensure that the PR team’s goals and objectives are met, through the effective support of the PR team whilst gaining a Qualification. You will gain on the job experience and 20% off the job learning.
Please note that this role will be based at our PR Office in Covent Garden, with some time spent at our Head Office in Chelmsford, Essex. Benefit offer a work from home policy where 60% of your hours can be spent in the office and 40% of your hours worked from home.

Duties include:

Sample Management

• Responsible for fulfilling sample requests & assist with courier bookings and logistics
• Ensuring the PR office is presentable at all times and that the sample cupboard is tidy and easy to navigate
• Maintain an accurate system of tracking samples
• Managing stock levels to ensure there is a fully stocked sample cupboard at all times
• Magazine sourcing/subscription management

Reporting

• Assist in the collation of all forms of press reports for the PR department to be shared with the wider business
• Flag up and record missed coverage opportunities in all press to discuss in the weekly PR meeting
• Assist in the collation of relevant trends and competitor activity to circulate to the business

Events

• Assist the team at all events
• Collate all goody bags and assist with gift ordering process for events
• Assist in RSVP management for events

General PR

• Update and maintain press databases
• Ensure all emails and phone calls from Press in regard to prices or call-ins are referred to the appropriate person for response

At Benefit Cosmetics Ltd, you will be working towards the Business Administration Level 3 Standard over 15 months.
